Cantray Square provides “Housing with Support”. We have accommodation for 19 residential students. There are two one bedroomed houses, one two bedroomed house and five three bedroomed houses. Tenants have their own bedroom, but share shower room, kitchen and sittingroom, all houses are furnished. There are laundry and drying facilities on the premises.
Cantray Square is registered with the Care Commission and inspected annually. The last inspection was carried out in September 2009 and “The Square” received a most favourable report. This can be accessed on the Care Commission Web site.
We also hold a Licence for Multiple Occupancy issued by Highland Council in 2009.
