Chris Cameron was the winner of the 9 hole competition at the HDS North of Scotland Open held at Culcabock in May.

Cantraybridge College had another very successful day at the Highland Disability Sport Senior Athletics Championship held at Queen's Park, Inverness on Wednesday 8 June. They won the Cathel Robertson Trophy for the seventh successive year awarded for the most wins overall. They also won the Speedprint Trophy for the seventh successive year. There were many magnificent individual performances but overall it was an excellent team performance.
Three Cantraybridge students took part in the Red Star and Glasgow Open Athletics Championships on the 11th June 2011. Top performer was Aaaron Lacey who won six medals including gold medals in the 100 metres and the 400 metres. Alex Clark won two medals including a gold medal in the shot putt while Adam Gallagher also won a medal in the long jump.

Jason Simpson,Chris Cameron and Ritchie Munro were selected to represent Scotland in an International Football Tournament in Bernex, Switzerland. The Schtroumpfs Tournament is for Adults with a Learning Disability and 20 teams took part from 14 Countries. Scotland was in a very tough section where they won 1, drew 3 and lost 4. They lost 2-0 to Briantea 84 from Italy who were the eventual overall winners. Scotland did manage to reach a cup final against Nous Aussi from France and won 2-0. The boys from Cantraybridge all performed and behaved well. It was a great experience for them meeting players from other countries and socialising with them.
Robby Kirk won a bronze medal as part of the Great Britain football team which took part in the World Special Olympics in Athens during June and July.Robby scored a spectacular goal against Turkey.
