Chief Executive Officer - Clare Daly

Clare joined Cantraybridge in April 2025.

Clare holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Social Science and a Doctorate in Rural Mental Health. She is also a Churchill Fellow, having conducted international research on migration, mental health, and belonging.

She brings extensive leadership experience and a proven track record in motivating and guiding diverse teams. Her career has spanned both educational and mental health contexts, where she has worked with young people, adult learners, and marginalised groups. Clare has led services supporting mental health recovery, and integration for migrants and refugees; with a focus on dignity, inclusion and long-term impact.

Clare has held senior roles including Head of Northern Services, and Head of Research and Development/Deputy CEO at Centred (Scot). She has been an Associate Lecturer with The Open University for sixteen years and previously served as Chair for SPIRIT Advocacy.

Her strong communication skills and ability to connect across sectors have led to a range of speaking invitations. Clare was invited to contribute to UNESCO RIELA’s spring school and later presented at a fringe event during the SNP annual conference, reflecting recognition of her thought leadership across both academic and policy platforms.

She is passionate about social justice, leadership, and community wellbeing, and is committed to raising Cantraybridge’s profile and driving the organisation forward with vision, integrity, and purpose.

Enabling Team Manager - Norma Cameron

Norma is our Enabling Team Manager and our Health and wellbeing advisor. Norma is based up at our college and has extensive knowledge of all the departments, Horticulture, Animal Care, Wood skills, Property maintenance and Catering.

Norma has worked at Cantraybridge for 15 years and brought with her a wealth of experience as a Learning Disability Nurse. Norma puts this experience to good use ensuring the best possible care and support packages are in place for all our client’s needs. Norma enjoys keeping fit and looks forward to holidaying abroad whenever she can.

Community Support Manager - Lianne Henderson

Lianne has worked in care for 20 years now, and is very passionate about providing the right support for people due to a number of family members needing support and experiences they have had during their lifetime. This brought Lianne to work in the care sector and hopefully have a positive impact on peoples lives. Lianne started at Cantraybridge in September 2023 as a Community Support Team Leader, then moved up to Community Support Manager in February 2024.

Lianne is from a large family, being the youngest of 6 children and now have 2 children. Family is a very important part of her life. Lianne is at her most relaxed spending time going for walks/outings with her family and enjoying spending time in their company and with the family dog Nala. Lianne enjoys Football, Grand Prix, cars, music, films and crocheting.

Finance Manager - Catharine McCallion

Catharine joined Cantraybridge in November 2023.

Having over 35 years accountancy experience, she brings with her a wealth of knowledge in implementing new and streamlining current accounting procedures.

Catharine’s goal is to be instrumental in introducing new accounting systems to Cantraybridge, that will help with the financial management of the college.
